Thank you for your interest in stocking signed paperback wholesale books from me. This form is for bookstores and resellers only. All orders are to be paid through invoice, unless another arrangement is made.

Important Information:

• Each order has a minimum of five (5).

• Invoices will be sent once shipping calculations are made, and books will be mailed upon payment of invoice.

• Please allow one to four (2 - 4) weeks for your order to arrive.
